Dirt mile progression run. Really wasn't in there mentally today. I only did 3 miles instead of 4 cause I just couldn't stick with the group. We did like 8 minute pace the first lap then 7:50 then 7:40. Finished up running back with rylee then striders. Personally I really like doing the striders on harder days, it makes the recovery days that much better. 

Good news is I'm going to the doctor on July 15 to figure out my ear dilemma and maybe I'll be able to hear again yay

I lost my hearing for a while. Turned out is was just wax build up. Gross, huh?
