Did a track workout. Ran 1.25mi there, did a 1mi warmup on the track with the group, did a ladder. 2x200 (43, 45sec), 2x400 (1:36, 1:39), 800 (3:19), 2x400 (1:37, 1:40), 2x200 (45, 39), ran 2.25mi with the group through a neighborhood and split to go back home. |
