Had a 70min soccer game today and played a man down. I was constantly sprinting and jogging the whole game since I had to switch to midfield since my endurance is better than others on the team. Not sure of the exact distance I ran, but I was very tired at the end of the game. We ended up losing, but only by a point and the other team had one more player on the field the whole time and 2 subs. The game also started at 10:30, so it was very hot. |
