I was going to run 7mi in the morning, but my bruised foot was killing me. I decided to hold off until tomorrow.
I did play a soccer game with no subs and probably ended up running between 2 and 3mi, so I will go with 2.5mi. We lost, so no more soccer until maybe December if I decide to play winter league. Now I can focus more on running. My tri training will be over as well after my tri this coming Saturday. |
