9.4 km in 57:00 on road. Massive amount of hills all the way and it was testing to say the least. I only felt as though I warmed up properly after about 20 minutes. I reckon I'm getting fitter!

10.2 km in 54:57 on road. The same hill run as yesterday but just a little further. Felt great but I probably could've ran a little easier if I didn't go wine tasting before lunch :)
