Total of 22.5 km in 2:12:25 and 900 calories (according to the treadmill).

It was good to get the 14 miles done but I would've liked to have done it in one hit. It's been raining torrentially all day and I couldn't get outside. The treadmill is great to have but it's so boring for long runs. Good start to the week though!

2 miles in 15:38 then toilet stop for 5 minutes. Then 3.36 miles in 30:10. 3 minutes rest. Then 3.36 miles in 27:30 then 5 minutes rest. Then 2 x 1 mile in 06:01 each. 

Total of 10.72 miles (17.25 km) in 1:27:33. 

Bloody hot and humid today!!!!
