16.9 km in 1:40:29 on road. Slow. It was bloody hot, right in the middle of the day. I had to get out and do it though since I missed my big run yesterday. The step up to 50 miles last week took it out of me. This week I'll aim for around 40 miles with a bit of speed work, then step it up again next week back to 50. No pain no gain!
