Forty minutes of basketball. Baked bread with the bug. Drank some very good wine from California and watched New Year's Eve (her choice). Family nights in are actually my favorite. Still feeling some pain but I'm mostly ignoring it. I think I'm going to renew my gym membership. Really, I think I will get my money's worth out of it, even once soccer starts again: I could use the cross-training of swimming, and I think I'll be declining some games as a referee so that I can take some yoga and do other things that aren't so stressful. I don't want another season like last one!
