Like the founder of this blog, my name is Sasha. I live in Utah most of the time, but sometimes I live in other places. My partner in life and running is a year-old blue heeler (ACD).

I most prefer to run in the forest, but anywhere is fine. I don't usually train for anything in particular. I just like to run.

Hilly road run at the mouth of little cottonwood. I saw a swan! SLC never fails to surprise.

finally done with the seasonal job in Southern Utah and hoping to start logging for a while (winter at least). This week I'm in flagstaff logging just a few more high-altitude miles before I head to the deserts of California for the winter and my blood gets all sticky and thin again :P

got lost in northeastern Flag on the pipeline trail today with the puppy. I was gone for 45 minutes so I estimate 4 miles?
