You should come visit Flagstaff, where I live. It's an all inclusive running community for Olympians to beginners. No hierarchy, just runners supporting each other and trying to be the best that they can be no matter what the starting point :)

Just kidding. I do. I actually grew up in Kingman. So many, many years ago, in high school, I was in the same division as the three Flagstaff high schools; Flagstaff, Coconino, and Sinagua. They were always faster than us in cross country. Of course, they weren't as fast as Page, but the point is, Flagstaff does a good job at getting people involved in running.
