Did 3 loops of Pelican Hill - very long uphill stretch, then long downhill. Then finished with 5.5 miles along CC, rewarded myself with final 2.5 on the beach. I'm worn out but glad - really my first long run since the half in January and it felt good. And what a beautiful day! The sand is pretty much all back at CC. The ocean is so powerful. Thousands of tons of sand were gone a month ago and now it's all back. The universe takes and gives.
