Okay, I'm on a roll here. Down 12th Avenue and back, then 1 1/4 laps on soccer field, up past the tennis courts and back home. No burning sensation behind knees - YEA! But my fitness has seriously plunged - slow running and heavy breathing and shaking when I was done. But I'll give it some time; I'm just so thankful to be running again because I wasn't sure I would ever be able to again.
