on treadmill - mostly slow but did ramp it up to 6 mph for maybe an
1/8 of a mile. Felt good - should've ramped it up earlier. Lets me know
that I better start increasing my speed. I also feel good that I
even ran as I seriously did not want to run today, and as a result came
pretty close to not running at all. Don't know why I was so bummed
today - probably not helped by a lack of quality sleep for a few days
and bad eating today (3-4 chocolate sourcream cookies, 5 almond rochas, a
handful of nuts, a handful of figs, 1/2 slice of stale pizza washed
down by coffee, EEKS no wonder I had no energy!)
