Use it or Lose it

4 slow treadmill miles, back of my calves and knees are still very tight so I rather gingerly minced along.  but hey ho first run in over two weeks :)

1.5 mile total mid day run from my car to Alex's graduation ceremony at the Huntsman Center and back to my car (cross country - it was fun, even in my Dansko shoes!)

evening run up to city creek one mile marker and back home.  it was a super nice time to be running, but this run was way harder than it should've been.  :(

slow low energy gotta figure out whats up

2 miles midday, 3 miles early evening. Can't figure this out - I can barely lift my legs to run even though my mileage is WAY lower than it used to be.  And it hurts, why?

cc pa 4 and back, slow pace with painful legs.  The final hill did me in and I had to walk the last 1/2 mile home, it was just too painful to lift my legs enough to run . . .
