I have always been an active person and need to do something physical everyday or I don't feel right.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Mile: 4:40
5k: 16 min (track or honest course)
10k: 33 min

Steadily increase my mileage to 60-70 miles a week.

Eventually run a marathon.

6.8 miles after work, first time out since it snowed. Ordered some Mirage 2s that should arrive soon, anxious to try them.
Ran 2.3 miles to Cottonwood High then did a mile of jogging the curves and running the straights hard. 15 minutes of stair jogging then another mile of jogging the curves and running the straights. 4.3 miles home
First time taking out the Mirage 2s. Really like them, light but a little motion control for slight overpronators like me.
Ran after work, perfect running temps. I will take mid 40s all year. 8.6 miles
