I have always been an active person and need to do something physical everyday or I don't feel right.

Steadily increase my mileage to 60-70 miles a week.

AM: 8 miles. Pistol Pete's loop, nice and easy miles.
PM: 10k loop. Jogged after dinner, hotter than expected.
After dinner run. 7:20 pace, 8.2 miles
5.5 miles after work at 4pm, windy and hot. Finished the run feeling like a raisin.

8.2 before work, saw only one other guy out jogging but loads of chicks getting their cardio on. Come on fellas!
