First time to the track in a long while. Just wanted to get the legs moving, did 6 x 400 with 400 recovery in between each and straight into an 800. Averaged 79 on the 400s and 2:35 on the 800. Recovery lap was just under 2 min average.
Warm up and cool down each .75. I didn't feel too tired after but will see if I'm at all sore tomorrow.
