I have always been an active person and need to do something physical everyday or I don't feel right.

Easy running by the Capitol and up to 11th Ave with some pickups.
More easy miles up Memorial Grove and looped the Capitol and back.
Treadmill run. I hate how much I sweat on the mill.
Up Memorial Grove over to V Street then down 3rd Avenue and looped by the Convention Center and home.
