Did you dunk?

My jumping ability has decreased slightly since starting to run more. I can dunk a woman's ball but not a full size one right now. Maybe I need to start doing my plyometrics and squats more. I'm just a typical white guy...

ACorn,

Hi. Happy Thanksgiving. Good miles. I was wondering if I was going to read a race report from you today. Did you recently add that "2012 Running of the Leopards 5K (15:53)" entry in the "Running Accomplishments" section? This is the first time I am noticing that (I knew you ran it - just never saw it there). What about the Half Marathon you did? Gotta get that up there!

I dunked once before my mission and could dunk regularly on my mission. Then that was it. So there's only a handful of people that I care about that have ever seen me dunk. That was before there was video cameras too unfortunately.

That being said, I remember watching a tall teenage boy in Spain that was dunking on this outdoor court with a group of other boys that looked like an organized team. I'm pretty sure it Pau Gasol.

Nice way to keep some balance. Basketball is definitely something I have not done since moving away from Chicago... Hope you have a great weekend.
