Good to see you back running!

I've just read your race reports... That 10 miler off low(ish) mileage was something else. With your speed and some miles under your belt, you'll be a handful. Jake better keep one eye over his shoulder:) Great that you're back running.

Hey Bam! I picked up a book on AIS per your recommendation and think it'll help quite a bit. Thanks!

Without a doubt, AIS has helped me. All my aches and niggles vanished after about 10 days of doing 15 mins before each run. A blast of AIS is like a complete warm up. Take your time with the exercises and find a rhythm and you'll reap the rewards. You'll know when you're doing it right - the penny drops...

Hey Acorn,

Hope all is well. Yep - good result for the ten miler. I should have known or guessed this - fantastic results generally speaking. Just checked out "ACorn's Races" above. You take 1st place and 2d place in your races!!! What is madness is that you are new for the most part to "Getting Serious" or at least I think you are from what I remember reading.

Oh and by the way, regarding your comment of June 10th I think, I PRd for the mile and went sub 7 by running a 6:51/mile yesterday shattering my 7:09 PR mile by 18 seconds.

As always, hope all is well with you and the family.
