Did an out and back up Mill Creek Canyon. Decent workout. Heading up the canyon is lots of fun and then worked on turnover on the way down. Did a mile and then a half mile at threshold pace on the way down. Here is the elevation profile and splits.

You were screaming down that canyon, nice running! I think my legs would break into tiny pieces if they ever went that fast.
