7 with James and Josh on the JRP. Fun run, less gnats. I've got a sore rear from Saturday's run and a sore upper body from yesterday's strength training.

Apparently, Utah has a very weak beer mile record that needs to be toppled.

30 min stationary bike and hip strengthening exercises and a bunch of chin-ups

I told you that was a good article. I don't think I can run that fast anymore. I know I can still drink that fast. UT will be toppled this summer.

Go for it! Do they have beer in Utah? If not I'll smuggle some in for you...I know a guy.

Josh informed me that the Utah record is over 9 minutes which is downright embarrassing. Sub 6 seems doable with some "training". Sub 7 is guaranteed.

9 minutes?? Do it!

Sounds dangerous.

i propose that you go for the record with uinta's labyrinth.

That would be disastrous but still fun to attempt. Maybe one day a stout will actually taste good to me.
