Ran with James at the Cottonwood track.  He was doing some mile repeats at my goal pace for the upcoming half marathon and was nice enough to let me tag along.  I think we were close to 6 minute pace for the first two and the last one was slightly faster. A good run for me as I need to get comfortable at that pace.

Looking forward to taking it easy for a couple of days now.

I don't think I could ever get comfortable at that pace. :) Nice run.

When's your next race?

I'm running the Salt Lake 1/2 marathon on April 20th. There's a 5k next Saturday, the Running of the Leopards. It's a very aided course that I ran last year. Thinking about doing that but kind of hectic for me right now as I'm getting hitched on April 12th.

Commiserations:( Sorry for your troubles.

I'd do the 5k and keep running until you reach Canada and then keep going...

Only joking. Congratulations. Soon there'll be a Mrs Acorn and then lots of little baby Acorns. That's nice. Good luck to you:)

Haha thanks Bam. After five years of dating, she still tolerates me. Definitely a keeper. The thought of little Acorns is rather frightening. I'm thinking we'll start with a dog and see how that goes.
