Ran through the Old Mill area by Big Cottonwood Canyon this morning.
Ankle is a little tender, I had a very slight sprain yesterday during my AM run but nothing bad. Just under 7 min pace on the run. 5.2 miles

ACorn, nice run. You seem to be on track with getting your miles in. Glad to see you are paying attention to the ankle, monitoring, assessing. I tend to do that as well. Love it, that with running, pain generally exists for short time in one area..............and then migrates to another area. At least for me anyway. Saves me from obsessing too much.
