Busy day today.  Dragged Jing to Cottonwood High after a light dinner.  She's very patient to wait for me while I jog.  Unfortunately, the track was ripped up so we went up to Wasatch Boulevard and parked.

Did 2 miles out then turned around and came back. I did a mile warm up then started my 2 mile tempo followed by a mile cool down.

2 mile tempo in 11:06, 5:38 out then 5:28 back.  I like running out and back courses because there's no question that they're fair.  Short workout but just looking to get some threshold work in today.

Drove the 10 mile course for next Saturday's race, looks pretty brutal for the first few miles, the first piece of downhill looks almost too steep to really attack.

Yeah I told you - that first 1/2 mile over the mountain is crazy! Then it becomes pretty sweet running.

Wanna run tomorrow morning, like 10-13 easy? I'll try to post the time/place by this afternoon - waiting to hear back from a few other people.
