It was a bit chilly compared to yesterday afternoon... although I think the fact that its going to be pushing 60 degrees later today will make up for it!

Looks like these last three weeks were good mileage weeks for you! And you are off to a great start this week. Good consistency.

My Garmin 305 has the "enter" button totally damaged now. I removed the button and replaced it with an eraser and weather stripping across the three right buttons for now. Works better than ever!

But I also may be in the store for a new GPS watch soon. Let me know what you decide on if you make a purchase. I have been researching the 110 and 210...less features and more expensive than the 305. I am unsure if the 110 and 210 give average pace for all the miles...and that is an important feature for me. I think average pace for the split is what it gives (along with time for the entire run and mileage).

Yeah the 110 just gives you the average pace for the split/mile you are currently on. I like that, though. I can usually do the math (roughly) in my head and figure out the average pace for the whole tempo run. The math gives me something to do and makes the miles go by faster :-)
