Good run, always encouraging when you feel better after.

Acorn,

Hi.

Read your entry from yesterday as well...If you hit 90%, you are doing very well...if you hit 80% of scheduled miles...well not sure about that. Me...well I hit 56% of my miles this week having only run 28 of 50 scheduled...yet I am not too depressed about it...By the end of January, I will have run 150 miles. Ran 1200 miles last year for an average of 100 miles per month. What does this say to me?...I am running more...a lot more...just got to get a little bit better at running MORE!!!

I believe you will get there. So will I. The journey! Have to love that.
