Working full time in Downtown Salt Lake.  On days where my body feels good and I don't have a 17 hour shift I like to hit up the trails in SLC and PC.

We met at Sunnyside park today. We did a lap around the park before running down to the stadium, where we did another mile warm up and a mile of speed changes. Then we did 12 400s with 2 minutes of recovery. I was supposed to be hitting 90. My times were 1:28, 1:24, 1:26, 1:26, 1:27, 1:27 and then I crashed down to 1:35, 1:39, 1:37, 1:36, 1:37, 1:38. We ran up to Sunnyside then did the VA loop before going to Nat's for breakfast. Yum!

I should be racing right now, but instead after all my preparations yesterday to get ready, I was told to just do a workout. I ran to Sugarhouse, 3 laps, and home. On the 2nd lap there I did my fartlek 2 minutes on 1 minute off 5 times. I lost count, and I think I did an extra set. YOLO. I felt terrible coming home.
