Short-Term Running Goals:

In the next two years I'd like to qualify
for the 'Boston Marathon'.

I have a crazy dream to qualify for
the olympic games... but understand it's
very hard to do... so am not sure
if it's attainable... or what it would
take... I know there are a lot of fast
runners out there:D

In the next 6 months I'd like to try and
beat my personal best of: 3:34:56 in the
marathon.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Qualifying for the Olympic Games. Without a doubt would

be a lifetime achievement.

3.3 miles (5.4km) easy run from Melville condo to Tampinese Library and back.

Ran before breakfast... 8:05am-8:33am approx.  (ran it in 28:36).  A day off from work today:)

Then in the evening I ran 3.9 miles (6.4km).  To Tampinese Stadium and back to Melville Park Condo.  Ran in 38:27

Ran 15km approx in 1:23:08.  Ran ro Changi Airport before giving up and taking Bus # 9 back home...

In the evening I ran with the Mt Faber SAFRA running club... ran 6 loops of the hill circuit.  Approx 10km in 55:32.

After saying my good byes to my animation supervisor, Lennie Graves (He's heading back to the States), I ran home (from Marine Cove)... from 'Bernies' Restaurant and Bar. Approx 11.4km in 1:07:48 (carring my back pac:)

Ran 12 miles (20.12 km) in 2:03:05. Ran to Bedok Reservoir (5 km approx). I then ran two laps around the lake/reservoir... averaging 25min for each lap (1 lap 4km approx). Ran back home again after that... Felt good in the run... a tad sore in the archillies heel, though... was a slow easy run... Got back late for breakfast at work, also. So missed the free breakfast... oh well.

 

After work I joined the Mt Faber guys for a run. We didn't run hills this time, but instead ran a circuit to Clementi and back (I think) I ran/paced with Melvine Senior. He ran really fast... Ran 14km in 1:13:37... but the time was actually faster than that as I took a wrong turn at the end.

This was ment to be my easy run.  I think I ran this too hard.  Ran 14.4km in 1:19:22.  (Ran it after work...  only just made it back to the gym in time before the closed).  Ran to the 'National Service Resort and Country Club' and back to work( Changi Business Park... the Signature).

25km ran at Mac Ritchie Reservoir... Ran it over hills with Wenlong and Jackie.  I couldn't run back properely, though... so resorted to walking some of the way... I'm determined to conquor this course!  (Ran it in 2:31:03)
