It's been a rough week for running. After getting kneed in the calf while playing ball last Tuesday, it hurt to even walk, let alone run. I managed 4 miles last Thursday, and all I've done since then and today was 45 minutes of basketball saturday night. Aargh!
anyhow, I got on the treadmill after school and got in a solid 5 miles. Tomorrow is my night class in Afton, so I'll have to play ball early in the morning if I want to get any exercise in. |
