16 miles. Woke up slowly and carried on the traditional trip to Panera with Mimi and the girls. Lots of grabbing, roiling and spilled hot chocolate. Around 9am Allison and I slipped out and ran 10.5 miles together. Dark clouds and some rain, but nice run. About half on the beach, trying to figure out how to raise our kids and what's up with Jon Snow. I dropped Allison off and went out for 5.5 more.
We were listening to the radio on the way to lunch and there's a guy in the Jacksonville area named Big Lou who advertises term life insurance. We heard a couple of his commericals, which target different high-risk pools. The one I liked was aimed at 50+ guys with Type 2 diabetes on statins. It ends with "I'm Big Lou - I'm just like you - I'm on meds too".
