AM: 6 miles.
PM: 8 miles at lunch.
After running in the humidity all summer, there is a time each year, usually in November, when a couple of cool weeks leads to some great runs and workouts.
I felt that out there today (in January)! In my case, I'm not rounding into top form, which can't help but feel like an opportunity missed.
I am glad to be running in cool weather and not hurt for the first time in awhile.
