Good times with LPXC. Did a 3 mile warmup then it was 3 miles @ 5:45 pace but i'm still not doing much, so i did 2 of the 3 with the group then just ran a little loop around legacy park, then finished up to 7 with cool down! felt really good! I think i could do 3 miles at about 5:30 pace (lol I know i still have a lot of work to do) based on how i felt doing the 2 at 5:45.
