| AM: 21 miles long run.
I started the run around 7 am cloudy and around 72 degrees then it rained from mile 5 through 14 which felt very good. by mile 15 the rain stoped and the sun came out and that's when the fun began. Temp went up to 90 degrees in no time and the humidity was 89%. by mile 19 I was feeling like mile 24 during a race but I kept the pace. I walked for .25 mile and then tried to finish strong the last 1.75. thanks to Beth and the kids for finding me and making sure I was not dead.
