Afterwards we had a super lit ice bath and it was AMAZING. Evan wussed out everyteim but me and Corbin stayed in. My legs feel so good rn. We had to fill buckets in the ice room and run them over so that was some good cross training (; At first the water was so cold it stung to even touch haha. but after a while and after some screaming it was chill (ay no pun intended)
