| | First time running in a few weeks. Felt pretty good. Did the flagpole run. Ran up past the zoo then through the golf course all the way to near the freeway entrance on foothill, then back to the track. Was super cold the entire time.

A mile warm-up, mile speed changes, then a 2000, 1600, 1200, and 2 800's at about 6:50 pace. All my times were slightly under the 6:50. Then some grass laps to get to 9.5

| | Ran up to this is the place, then got on pipeline and ran to Shriners and kept going till 2nd drinking fountain. Then took Shriners back. Was running at a decent pace for the whole time once my calves loosened up.

| | Ran to Liberty and did two laps of firemen. The last lap we were really going fast. Last 400 meters I was ready to puke. Then ran back to the track.

Pre Footlocker (3.1 Miles) 00:21:12 | | did about a mile warmup, then the race started without me having time to do more than one stride. My first two miles I was on pace, right behind Dallen at just under 13:00. Then, on my last lap, I did something to my calves and they started to hurt and I didn't have it in me to stay with Him. Did 2 miles cool down. Probably shouldn't have jumped my mileage this week so much. | Add Comment |
