Ran to the arboretum and did a fartlek session. Lots of fun running fast in the wet and muddy grass and dirt roads. Just like a couple of weeks ago when I did this same workout I had a bit of asthma to contend with. It makes running fast more of a challenge, I like to see how far I can push myself on limited oxygen, kind of like running at altitude. Race is in just a few days, legs are feeling good, along with everything else. I am looking forward to putting in a good effort.
