53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
sweet sunday of rest.
Nice mile in the bank. Felt tight the last 3 miles. knee was bugging me.
Ran with Dave and Logan We started out and did an easy 3 and then they began the terrible Tempo dance for 6 miles.
I got some work to do to get the speed going. Glad we did it. Right Knee pain, probabaly just IT Band.
Nice and easy miles down the course this morning with Bear. Very dark and Humid.
Sweet miles at Dusk. Last mile was a nice Tempo.
Nice morning for a run. right knee was bugging me about 10 miles out. So i slowed down a little. Not sure if it is bad form or just tight muscles. Had a good decent run. Miles this week a little lower then normal. But i have no complaints
