53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

More miles on the treadmill. 5 more.
Went to the Gym and ran one mile treadmill and 7 With the little Buddha and Bigfoot. We ran some of the Iron Man course. I was breathing so hard it felt like i just raced a 5 k. once we cleared the hill it was much easyer.
11 miles this morning. Feeling tired. Need to rest up for saturday.
