53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
ran an easy 6 miles in the early morning under the cover of clouds and a small sprinkle of rain. The plan is to run more for for lunch. 6 more miles at lunch time. it beats a Big Mac any day!!
Nice miles after work. It was suppose to be Tempo Tuesday. But after all you can eat pizza for lunch it turned into the big easy.
Nice 7 miles this morning in the cool air. Ran up to turtle road and around.
