 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Nice easy miles,   Started out slow. Had some pain in the knees so i stoped and walked a bit.  After a breaf walk, I started off  slow just trying to relax and concentrate on landing softley.  Enjoyed the sun shine.

Wednsday fun run with Bigfoot and Mustang,  1 mile on treadmill,   Avg  7:24 pace.   started out 8:19 pace ended with 6:45 mile.      Felt relaxed the entire run until the last mile, Struggled to keep the pace.   Knees locked up when i got home.  Iced for 20 minutes.   Struggling when pace gets around 7:00.     last four miles were closer to this pace.

Another day in the Bank.  Just trying to establish a pattern of getting out the door everyday.  It has been along time since i have tried to do this. I don't care about my pace  and i leave my GPS at home.    I am hoping to get the fire back and enjoy running again.  Seems like a chore right now.

Ran on the treadmill while watching the Thunder and Spurs do battle.   My goal is to run every day.  So Far so good.  Left knee was hurting  4 out 10 on the pain scale,
