Did 10.5 miles on the stationery bike at the gym. I accomplished this distance in 1:02. Did hill intervals up to resistance 18. Sweat with my hoodie, socking hat and long sleeve shirt on. Very good workout. I stood up putting some weight on my leg. This was not taking it easy workout. I worked hard. Probably harder than an hour swim. Weight is at 127. Eating a lot of Tofu, Fish, Crab, Eggs, and Oatmeal, Muscle Milk and vegetables not many carbs.
