Did 1:16:39 of lap swimming today.  Very good swim and I wasn't too tired.  I've been trying to practice my form to get better motion and speed like you would running.

My brother and his wife is coming over tonight and watch the Pittsburgh Steelers game.  He's a Steeler's fan.  It also happens to be my wife's birthday.  It should be a good dinner and fun.

My best friend my wife said she would run with me the first time I'm able to do so as well as my daughter.  What a sweetheart to do so.

45 minutes on the stationary bike. I left my sweats, hoodie, gloves and stocking hat on so I could sweat to death. This made me feel like the hill interval workout did some good. I did sweat pretty good. The femur is healing good. Still a very slow process. The knee is sore tonight probably from the hill resistance workout on the bike. Still have a long recovery road ahead.

My daughter receive a trophy from her High School for best XC runner of the year. I was proud of her 1:49 Half Marathon last Saturday and that was conservative. She's talking about a Marathon now. I wished I started at age 14.

CBC well questionable?

Lap swim 54.29 minutes.  The pool is 20 meters one way, and I can do about 45 minutes for a mile.  I know it's definitely not more.  I had to cut it short today to take my daughter to school.  I'm going to have to start to get up earlier because as of December 1st, I will be taking her every day to school.

Swimming for an hour is getting less boring.  I try and mix-up fartleks, and see how long I can hold my breath underwater.

They have a swim distance watch that I'm thinking about buying call the pool-mate pro.  Look it up and tell me if you think its worth it?

50 minutes of stationery bike at the gym this morning.  Wore my sweats, hoodie, and stocking cap to get a good sweat in while doing hill intervals.  I had the bike up to resistance 18 for two minutes periodically on the set program. My femur/leg/knee whatever area you want to call it would get sore when reaching this interval.  The bike really doesn't bother the leg when the resistance is lower than a 18.

I've gone to the gym now 11 straight days, either biking or swimming.  The doctor doesn't want me to do any lifting on the leg yet.  Did a total of 9 miles on the bike.

DId 1:23 of lap swimming this morning. Probably 2 miles but I don't care about the mileage.  This is the longest I've ever done.  I was a little fatigued at the end.  I did some fast fartlek's from what I consider fartlek's in swimming.  Emotionally, through the whole swim I was thinking/visualizing about running.  When your used to going at a fast pace in a sport/exercise it's harder to have fun when you feel like your barely moving.

I'm becoming a pretty decent swimmer.  I won't say fast just decent.
