Good protein today Breakfast: One egg and some egg whites as well Muscle Milk Lunch: Salmon Alaska grilled fish (no bread) Mushrooms Apple Dinner: one package of Veggie riblets from http://www.morningstarfarms.com Mushroom, onions, little bit of crab meat mixed with lettuce.
Corn on the cob Coffee, Powerzero, and diet soda all day.
Not a lot of calories but my appetite is not exactly the greatest right now.
