Hi everyone!  I thought I would post and let everyone know I'm still alive.  With my work responsibilities recently doubling I just don't have the time to blog my runs.  I bought some software to keep it logged on my computer to do so when I can (very good software).  I do miss everyone and your responses and the wonderful fellowship.  I have decided to start commenting on other runner's blog, but not keep up with mine.  Nobody really commented on my  blog much anymore so really no harm done in stopping.

Really there's no need to blog my runs because I'm not training and just running for fun (most of the time with Barry on the blog).  I have no race agenda this year, and don't even know if I will run a marathon this year.  My work/family  has just made it too difficult to put this as a priority.  I don't need to think what I want but what God wants and what the family needs.

Yes, I've been running I actually averaged 85 miles a week for the whole month of March and 75 and 80 for February.  Kind of funny running that many miles but not training for anything.  I could run a marathon right now and do pretty decent I think.  But I don't need to have goals for myself anymore I'm too old and need to worry about my family.

I will post today's run since I logged in.  I ran 14.32 miles at an overall 7:06 pace in 1:41 with Barry on a very hilly route.  Barry will tell you this is a tough route we've ran once a week.

Be well my friend! Good to hear from you and God Bless you and your family with all the stuff going on.

Nice running as well!
