Today I got up late, and had to really push the run if I was going
to get back in time to take my kids to school. I ran 7.5 miles and the
last three miles I really picked it up to get back home (6:32, 5:52,
5:41). I really don't have any soreness from the marathon. My calves
are little tight but they don't bother me. I think I'm going
to run another marathon before the end of the year, I want to get below
a 2:35, and I know I'm capable of doing it after last weeks performance. Lunch: I ran 2.6 miles outside at whatever pace I felt and didn't look at my garmin until two miles in the run. My overall pace was 7:08. |
