AM: 14 Miles in 1:45:04 on a cool morning in Malvern, Arkansas; ran first 8 Miles at 7:58/miile (7 with my brother, Luke, who is home for the holidays) and last 6 Miles at 6:52/mile. Good run after some serious domination at the Christmas dinner table last night.
