2 Easy Miles;
8X400m Repeats at sub-90 seconds (5K);
2 Miles at 7:00/mile;
4X800m Repeats at sub-3 minutes (5K); and
2.5 Miles at 7:00/mile.
Including equal distance recovery jogs to recover, I ran 14.5 Total Miles in 1:43:00. And I enjoyed every step.
