9 miles, easy effort, at 8:53 on my Pinnacle Valley Rd-Pinnacle Mt. Trails O-B, which is becoming a staple of sorts. It's roughly 1 mile on pavement, 2 on trails, 3 on pavement, 2 on trails, and 1 on pavement. I park at Pinnacle Mt. pond near East Summit parking.

Early speed work session at JTR track, with Miles 3, 5, 7, and 9 in 6:26, 6:17, 5:56, and 5:49, respectively; 10 total in 1:18 for the workout, and no stopping (obviously).

7 miles silo before 7am XC practice, three with team and some of my favorite humans, and 3 miles walking later in day.

22.2 miles of "urban" running in 3.5 hours in NLR while Max was in referee training. It pretty well despite conditions (lots of concrete sidewalks and hard rain during second half of run), and I managed 7:23 and 6:57 for miles 10 and 11, but only 7:51 and 7:36 for miles 20 and 2…in a driving rain with stiff legs! The planned workout was 90 mins easy, 15 mins close to [trail] marathon pace, then repeat.
