| 19 miles on a lovely afternoon. So, I ran from my parents' front door, down the driveway, and along Hwy. 171 into Lake Catherine State Park. I hit the Falls Branch Trail for the 2ish mile loop past the falls, and then returned along 171. It was exactly 19 miles, and although I carried a gel and a waffle thing, I ended up just drinking 20oz of water.
